A new season of Call the Midwife is about to start! Season 11 begins Sunday, March 20, at 7 p.m. on NPT and continues weekly through Sunday, May 8. Each Sunday (beginning the night of the season premiere), the next week’s episode will be available to NPT Passport members, allowing them to watch episodes a week early.
Vanderbilt School of Nursing midwives Hannah Diaz and Kate Virostko are returning with weekly recaps. Look for their blog posts Mondays at 8 a.m.
Easter 1967 is approaching as Season 11 begins. Sister Monica Joan and Reggie are excited about the Eurovision song contest and Nancy, having just passed her midwifery exams, is ready to don the iconic red cardigan for the first time. Meanwhile, the area around Nonnatus House continues to evolve and the demolition of a nearby tenement block leads to a shocking discovery that affects the entire midwifery team.
