NPT announces new hire, new board members

Tomicka Delgado is joining NPT as senior director of human resources with a specific goal of ensuring a positive and respectful culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.

Delgado is a Tennessee native and earned her MBA from Strayer University and has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Lipscomb University. She is an active member of SHRM and MTSHRM. She previously worked as HR director for Automated Health Systems and in the HR department for DCI Donor Services.

NPT also welcomes two new board members for the 2023 fiscal year.

David J. “D.J.” Kennedy, M.D., is a professor and chair of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where his practice focuses on non-operative and interventional spine.

David R. Campbell is the co-founder of Jumbo Pictures and Cartoon Pizza, where he co-created and produced groundbreaking children’s television programs. His current projects include the HoopDogzvideo series and Holy Fire, a Broadway-bound musical comedy set in Nashville.
