Bruce, Phish, Wilco, Elvis Costello, The Beastie Boys, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs … and American Experience! That’s right, in case you were worried, you can still get a little PBS at Bonnaroo. The American Experience film, “Earth Days,” directed by Robert Stone (“Oswald’s Ghost”) and scheduled to be broadcast on PBS stations in April 2010, will be screening at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, TN, on Sunday, June 14.
The screening is sponsored by Rock The Earth and is one of several programs it is presenting throughout the festival, including the “Green Screens” initiative at Planet Roo (the festival’s “eco-village”). Stone is expected be on hand for Q&A after the film.
