Middle Tennesseans Encouraged To Send In Their Best Nashville Photo for “Visions of Nashville” Campaign
The Ryman. Opryland. 2nd Avenue. The Shelby Street Bridge. The Batman Building. Musica. What do all these have in common? Every one of these locations is pictured in thousands of photos every year because they are Nashville. They are the places that make Nashville the amazing city that it is but what about other places? The Family Wash, Elliston Soda Shop, and the Sounds’ stadium are Nashville too. We here at Nashville Public Television want your help in bringing Visions of Nashville to Middle Tennessee.
What we are looking for is your great photos of Nashville that we can use in an on-air promo campaign. These photos can be anything ranging from the skyline to Gibson Guitars to Pied Piper Creamery … anything goes. The only rule is that you believe the photo screams “This is Nashville.”
WHO: Anyone. Children can submit photos with a parent’s or guardian’s written permission.
WHAT: Nashville Public Television (NPT) wants Middle Tennesseans to turn their eyes toward the wonders of Nashville and send in their best photograph. Animals and people are cute, but you are encouraged to focus your lenses less on animate objects and on more permanent fixtures like Cheekwood or the Skyline. However, if you have a great photo of yourself in front of the Roller Coaster sculpture at the end of Broadway, or at any other Nashville site, feel free to send it in!
Just make sure your pictures are horizontal and taken within the past two years.
All photographs will be placed in an album on Facebook and a Flickr photo album. Photographers selected will be used for use on air and are entitled to bragging rights among family and friends.
WHEN: Anytime starting right now!
HOW: There are a variety of different ways to send us your photograph:
1) Post on NPT’s Facebook page.
2) Upload into Flickr and then send us the link through Facebook, Twitter, or e-mail.
3) Email us your photo at tv8@wnpt.net.
4) Place on a CD labeled with your Name, Phone Number and e-mail address and mailed to:
Nashville Public Television

PUBLISHING RIGHTS: Photographers grant NPT the right to use and publish their photograph in connection with “Visions of Nashville”. By submitting photographs, participants release and hold harmless NPT, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, settlements, and demands of every kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or incurred by reason of the use of submitted photographs or the inaccuracy, alleged breach, or actual breach of any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement, or undertaking the photographer has made herein.

How can show my earthly & simple soul on a Picture ?. How can kiss love thru time & wind !..& how can i see my next thought in the palm of my hand?. My Lord, and how can i get out my flesh when i go sleep, so i will travel as light to You?. Sorry people, but I am in this prision named meat & bones. How can be an angel, if God never named me such thing. How can i be music, if i never had a tune or ears drums to ear? How can i be an universe if i don`t have space. How can i see the sun, kissing the moon in night time. Can i get a pic of that ?. how can i smell the flowers outside the earth. How can i feel different, in a spiritual body ?. & how can i be what i should be ?.Here in Jesus i wait for Wisdom & truth. Amen
It’s genuinely very complicated in this active life to listen news on TV, thus I just use internet for that reason, and take the newest news.
