The Frist’s Carrie Mae Weems Show in NYTimes

There’s a great article in yesterday’s New York Times about the Carrie Mae Weems retrospective that opens this week at the Frist.  NPT’s Arts Break blog has been raving about the show for weeks now and we’re glad that The Gray Lady recognized this important show.

If you haven’t seen the Tennessee Repertory Theatre’s production of the Pulitzer Prize winning Clybourne Park, an extra incentive, apart from the fact that it’s an excellent show, is that your ticket stub from the play gets you free admission to the Weems show at the Frist.
