Every five years the focus of the art world shifts to Kassel, Germany for Documenta, a gigantic show where the world’s leading contemporary artists \u00a0exhibit project specific artworks. \u00a0Critic Jerry Saltz writes that “Documenta 13 comes tantalizingly close to realizing one of its enticing goals: rethinking how we define art altogether, opening it up exponentially.
