Public Art does more than just beautify our city. Metro Nashville Arts through its public art ordinance is commissioning works that are also functional, like bike racks. The opening of the new First Tennessee Park created an opportunity to promote public art and ride your bike. Local artist Kristina Culocci designed the bike rack Ground Ball specifically for the new stadium.
