NPT’s 50th Anniversary year — the official date is September 10 — is creating plenty of nostalgia around the office and in the community. Back in the 70s and 80s, NPT, then WDCN, produced several original children’s programs that remain dear to our viewers’ hearts. We’ve dug up episodes of two of them, Jelly Bean Junction and Mrs. Cabobble’s Caboose, and think it would be fun if we all watched them together.
So grab your kids, and your memories, and gather around the laptop or desktop for an online social screening on Wednesday, August 29 at 7:00 p.m 6:30 p.m. CENTRAL. We’ll be using the exciting new OVEE platform, we allows us to watch the shows together, comment and interact in real time.
