Tennessee Crossroads: Smokin’, a new special focusing on barbecue joints and rib shacks throughout the state, premieres tonight at 7:00 p.m. on NPT-Channel 8 as part of our June Membership drive. Ken Beck at the Tennessean says it’s a show “…you’d best watch with a giant paper napkin tucked beneath your chin.” Check out the preview for the show at the NPT website.

I watched the TN Crossroads barbeque special last night. Fine show. Will there be a listing of the restaurants covered made available on the NPT or TN Crossroads websites?
